If you arrive late, please understand that we may NOT be able to extend your treatment time to later, as we want to respect the appointments that follow yours. Your treatment may need to end at the originally scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another guest and helps us keep our schedule running smoothly.
