Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic therapy using light, specific strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping the body remove toxins, reduce fluid retention (swelling), and support immunity, differing from deep tissue massage by using minimal pressure to move lymph fluid towards lymph nodes, often used post-surgery or for chronic swelling.
